Relaxation Massage
Incorporates swedish massage techniques to help relax, reduce stress, reduce fatigue, and increase blood flow.
Deep Tissue
This technique is traditionally used to break-up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesions that can inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation using deep pressure/friction massage with fingertips, hands, knuckles, elbows, and forearms for the desired pressure needed.
Foot Reflexology
Pressure applied to areas of the feet is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.
